• Chat widget conversations — if you use the AI chat assistant on our site, we store the conversation to answer your question and improve response quality. Chats are processed by our own systems; we do not sell chat content to third parties.
• Customer/product data — for customers using our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or chatbot products, we process the documents, invoices, and data you or your organization upload solely to provide the service, under the terms of your separate customer agreement with us.
• Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected automatically for security and reliability. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and improve our website and products, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected via the contact form without your consent.

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate our website and products, including email delivery (to send messages you or our systems initiate, such as a contact form reply or a password reset link) and cloud hosting. We retain contact form and chat data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it. Customer product data is retained per the terms of the applicable customer agreement.
